David Rose was co-founder of Enstar in 1995, where he acts as Chief Executive Officer and President of Marketing. Prior to the founding of Enstar he had held a senior management position in engineering, and subsequently held similar position in a medical-device company. David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison (1977) and was recruited from an MA degree at the University of London (England) to accept a management position in engineering. David is a US citizen, and resident of Connecticut. David has a wealth of business experience both in detailed project management and in complex and multi-faceted contract negotiations. He has been instrumental in the creation of a number of start-ups as well as major corporate transitions. David also has experience of pension fund management and commercial real estate acquisition and disposal.
